Real Time Management (RTM)

TCT has developed RTM (Real Time Monitoring) software, which enables our technical team to remotely monitor your entire network infrastructure by sending email / SMS alerts for any errors, failures or off line appliances. We believe this proactive approach to network monitoring will diagnose fatal events within the network earlier, allowing us to fix the issue prior to a major failure.

Example of the uses include:

• Servers – monitor RAID, disk space, RAM Utilisation, CPU Utilisation etc..
• Networks – monitor up time, when they go down, utilization etc..
• Printers – why remember to order toner again – RTM can monitor toner and consumable levels. Once they reach a certain level, TCT will courier your organization the appropriate consumables, saving valuable time and effort on your part.

Escalation Options – we offer a range of options that can be different for business hours Vs non business hours. Responses can be:

• Email alert
• SMS Alert
• Phone alert
• Send Engineer onsite to liaise with vendors and troubleshoot issue.
